FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQ)

1. How long will it take to receive my order?

Cairo & Giza: Typically 10–15 business days for production, plus 4–7 days for shipping.

Other Governorates: Timelines are confirmed during your order call based on your specific location.

2. Is installation included?

Installation is free for products clearly marked "Installation Included" on the product page. For other items, we will notify you of any additional installation charges during your confirmation call.

3. What are the delivery fees for high floors?

Deliveries up to the 4th floor are standard. Beyond the 4th floor, additional manual lifting fees apply. These are calculated by our Customer Service team based on staircase width and the number of technicians needed.

4. Do I need to pay a deposit?

Orders over EGP 10,000: 15% deposit required.

Orders outside Cairo/Giza: 15% deposit required.

Custom Designs: 50% non-refundable deposit required.

5. Can I return a product if I change my mind?

Ready-made items: Can be returned within 14 days in original packaging. A 15% restocking fee and round-trip shipping costs will apply.

Custom-made items: These are manufactured specifically for you and cannot be returned unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect.

6. What should I do if my product arrives damaged?

You must inspect your furniture upon delivery. If you notice damage, refuse the delivery immediately. If damage is discovered after the driver leaves, you must report it with photos and video within 24 hours.

7. Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and ValU. Please note that for non-defective returns, administrative fees (3% for Visa, 5% for ValU) are deducted from the refund.

8. Do you deliver to my village?

We deliver to major cities and town centers within our covered governorates (including Alexandria, Delta cities, and Red Sea resorts). Currently, we do not provide delivery to small villages or rural hamlets.
