SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY
At AliDesign.com, we are dedicated to delivering your furniture safely and efficiently. Below you will find detailed information regarding our delivery timelines, zones, and service conditions.
1. Delivery Timelines
Delivery times vary based on the specific product and the manufacturing requirements:
Cairo and Giza: Standard delivery typically ranges between 10 to 15 business days.
Other Governorates: Delivery dates are finalized during the order confirmation process, based on your specific location and our shipping partners' schedules.
Shipping Buffer: Please note that once the product preparation is complete, the shipping carrier may require an additional 4 to 7 business days to complete the final delivery to your doorstep.
2. Shipping Fees
Cairo and Giza: Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout. You will see the total shipping fee before finalizing your payment.
Other Governorates: For certain items or remote locations, shipping costs may be manually calculated and confirmed by our team following your order placement, depending on item volume and distance.
3. Installation Services
Included Installation: Products that include professional installation will be clearly marked on the product page. These items are installed at the time of delivery at no additional cost.
Paid Installation: If a product requires a separate installation fee, you will be notified during the order confirmation call.
4. Delivery to Upper Floors
To ensure the safety of our team and your furniture, the following rules apply for high-floor deliveries:
Deliveries requiring manual lifting beyond the fourth (4th) floor are subject to additional labor charges.
These fees are determined based on the width of the staircase and the number of technicians required.
Important: Lifting fees are set exclusively by AliDesign Customer Service and are not determined by the delivery drivers on-site.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a notification via email or SMS containing your shipping details and a tracking link to monitor your delivery's progress.
6. Service Areas and Coverage
We currently provide delivery services to the following regions:
Primary Zones: All areas within Cairo and Giza.
Coastal & Major Cities: Alexandria, Ain Sokhna, Suez, Ismailia, Port Said, North Coast, Marsa Matrouh, Hurghada (including El Gouna, Sahl Hasheesh, Soma Bay, Safaga, El Quseir), and Sharm El Sheikh (excluding Dahab).
Regional Governorates:
Daqahliya: (Mansoura, Aga, Mit Ghamr, Sinbillawin)
Sharqiya: (Bilbeis, Minya al-Qamh, Zagazig)
Gharbiya: (Tanta, Zifta, Mahalla)
Note: At this time, we do not provide delivery services to small villages, hamlets, or rural areas. Delivery is restricted to major cities and town centers within the listed governorates.
7. Delivery Discrepancies
If you receive a product that does not match your order specifications or has a visible manufacturing defect, please contact our Customer Service team within 24 hours of receipt. We are committed to resolving any issues promptly.
